In 2010, Everett launched his consulting firm with the hopes of tutoring and facilitating the growth and development of our minority youth through mentorship, and lifestyle development. Everett’s community peer background spans over decades when he gained an interest in community peer teaching while attending Madison Junior High, Oakland, CA. His passion continued throughout his time at Castlemont High School, Oakland, and the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA (UOP).
The Firm will include outfitting community programs for underrepresented and underserved Minority Youth with the tools to succeed toward their path to an engineering/STEM education.
The Firm strives to empower our youth in the Oakland community and provide them with the tools that they need to be great leaders.​
